How can I request a return?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support at oldmoneyofficial@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Will I receive a refund?

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the returned item.

  • The credit will have no expiration date

  • It can be used on any future purchase from our website

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications or cancellations are only possible within a few hours of placing your order.
