• Standard Shipping – Free of Charge
  All orders include complimentary standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 working days. This service is fully trackable and entrusted to couriers selected for their reliability and quality of service.

• Express Shipping – £4.99
  For those requiring faster delivery, we offer an Express option (24/48 working hours) for a fixed fee of £4.99. Express orders are prioritised and processed with urgency.

All shipments include a tracking number and real-time delivery updates.

Returns Policy

While we are committed to delivering garments of the highest standard, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.

• Returns must be pre-authorised by our Customer Service team. To request a return, please email us including your order number and the reason for the return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect in the item received.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
