Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and real-time delivery updates.

Return Policy

While we strive to deliver products of the highest quality, if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

  • Returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team

  • To request a return, email us at oldmoneyofficial@outlook.com, including your order number and the reason for return

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If the return is approved, you will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the returned item (excluding any original shipping fees).

  • Store credit does not expire

  • It can be used on any future purchase on our website

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not issued
