Refund policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions for a return

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before returning it.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Orders shipped to the European Union

If your order is shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions outlined above.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the returned item.

  • The store credit has no expiration date

  • It can be used on any future purchase from our website

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.
